Build Your Best Self
Your transformation is about more than numbers on a scale or the amount of weight you can lift. It’s about waking up feeling stronger, more capable, and more confident in yourself. With Mas Pro Fitness you’ll have a plan built around your goals and your life—helping you make real progress while developing the habits and mindset that make those results sustainable. Whether you want to lose weight, improve your health, build confidence, or transform your physique, we’ll work together to help you become the strongest version of yourself.
Imagine looking in the mirror and genuinely feeling proud of the person looking back at you. Imagine having the confidence to wear the clothes you want, the energy to live your life fully, and the self-belief that comes from knowing you set a goal and followed through. My goal is to help you build more than a better body. I want you to develop a stronger belief in yourself and what you're capable of. Because the best transformation isn't simply changing how you look; it’s changing how you feel about yourself.
Personalized Training
Your training should be built around you—not the other way around.
There is no single workout program that works perfectly for everyone. Your training should reflect your goals, your experience, your schedule, and the body you're starting with.
When you train with me, we'll follow a structured strength-training program designed specifically for you. I'll get to know where you're starting, what you're working toward, and what works best for you, then build your training around those things.
As you improve, your program will improve with you. I'll track your strength, adjust your exercises, volume, intensity, and progression, and make changes when something isn't working. Not just for the sake of doing something different, but because your program should evolve as you do.
You won't be expected to walk into the gym already knowing what to do. I'll teach you how to perform the exercises, help you understand why we're doing them, and challenge you at a pace that allows you to keep progressing.
Your goals. Your starting point. Your program. Your progress.
Nutrition Coaching
Stop jumping from one diet to the next. Learn how to eat for your goals.
Good nutrition doesn't have to be complicated, but it does need to work. I'll help you understand how calories and macros fit into your goals and give you a clear plan for putting that knowledge into practice.
Depending on your goals, we'll establish specific calorie and macro targets and start with a simple menu built around your needs. From there, we'll customize it as we go—swapping foods you don't like, working around allergies, adjusting for your budget, and making sure the plan fits your real life.
You won't be expected to figure everything out on your own. I'll help you understand what to eat, how much to eat, and why it works, so you can build skills that last beyond a short-term diet.
There are always new diets promising faster results. But you don't need the newest trend—you need an approach you can understand, follow, and stick with long enough to see what it can do.
Weight Loss
You don't have to stay stuck in a body you're unhappy with.
Losing weight isn't about starving yourself or spending hours on a treadmill. It's about having a plan you can actually follow—and learning the skills to make it work.
We'll combine personalized strength training, nutrition coaching, and cardio to help you lose body fat, build muscle, and become stronger along the way. You'll have specific calorie and macro targets, meal options built around your preferences, and a training program designed specifically for you.
Most importantly, you don't have to be perfect. You'll learn how to handle the days when things don't go according to plan, get back on track, and keep moving forward.
I've lost 160 pounds myself, so I know what it feels like to hate what you see in the mirror and feel completely stuck. There is still hope. You can change your body—and I'll help you figure out how.
Strength and Muscle Building
Getting stronger changes more than your body. It changes the way you see yourself.
Our training is built around progressive strength training designed to help you build muscle, get stronger, and become more capable—inside and outside the gym.
You'll follow a structured program built around your schedule, experience, and goals. We'll track your progress, focus on the major lifts, and gradually challenge you to do more as you become stronger. Whether it's adding weight to your bench press, hitting a new squat PR, or simply doing something today that you couldn't do a few months ago, those wins matter.
Because eventually, something starts to change.
You walk into the gym knowing you belong there. You realize your body is capable of more than you thought. You start trusting yourself to do difficult things—and following through.
That strength doesn't stay in the gym. It becomes confidence. It becomes self-belief. It changes the way you carry yourself and the way you see what's possible.
And if you're working toward weight loss, building muscle is an important part of that journey too. The goal isn't simply to make the number on the scale smaller. It's to build a body that is stronger, healthier, and one you can feel proud of.
We're not just building muscle. We're building the belief that you are capable of more.
Accountability and Coaching
You don't have to do this alone.
Knowing what you should do is one thing. Actually doing it consistently is another.
I'll be there to help you stay accountable, work through the days when motivation is low, and adjust your approach when life doesn't go according to plan. We'll keep track of your progress, celebrate the wins, and address the things that are getting in your way.
And when you slip up, I'm not here to make you feel guilty about it. You're human. Missed workouts, difficult weeks, and days when nutrition doesn't go according to plan are part of the process. What matters is learning from them and getting back to work.
Over time, consistency starts to change the way you see yourself. You begin to trust that you can keep promises to yourself—even when it's difficult.
That's what coaching is really about. Not just helping you reach a goal, but helping you become the kind of person who believes they can.
Supplemental Strength Training for Athletes
Your sport-specific coach teaches you the skills. I help build the physical foundation to support them.
Whether you’re a fighter, golfer, tennis player, or another type of athlete, supplemental strength training can help develop the strength, stability, mobility, flexibility, balance, and physical resilience your sport demands.
Training is built around your individual needs and complements—not replaces—your sport-specific coaching. The goal isn't to turn you into a bodybuilder. It's to build a stronger, more capable body that can handle the demands of your sport and help you get more out of the skills you're already developing.
Build the foundation. Perform your sport.
Medical Weight Loss Support
If medication is helping you lose weight, I'm here to help you make the most of it.
I don't judge anyone for how they choose to lose weight. For some people, weight-loss medication can be an important—and even life-changing—part of their health journey. My role isn't to tell you whether medication is right for you. That's a conversation between you and your doctor.
My role is to help you lose weight while doing everything we reasonably can to preserve your muscle.
Weight loss isn't made up entirely of body fat. A portion of the weight lost during significant weight loss can come from lean body mass. While lean mass isn't the same thing as muscle, preserving muscle is an important part of maintaining strength, physical function, and long-term health.
That's where I come in. We'll use progressive strength training and appropriate protein guidance to give your body a reason to maintain the muscle you've worked hard to build. If reduced appetite makes it difficult to eat enough, we'll work within those limitations and find practical ways to meet your nutritional needs.
You don't have to choose between using medication and getting stronger. You can use the tools available to you while taking steps to protect your strength, muscle, and long-term health.
Throughout the process, your doctor remains the authority on your medical treatment. I'll work within my role as your fitness coach to support the plan you and your healthcare provider have established.
